The Attorney General’s Objection to my suit (with affidavits)

Today, the Attorney General filed his objection to my lawsuit for documents in Maura’s case (see link below).

The Attorney General , who now has FIVE attorneys working on this case, filed a 171 page objection, which includes affidavits from the Cold Case Unit and from Strelzin.

Although I’m still reviewing the objection, I find it noteworthy that although the Cold Case Unit detectives spent an estimated 40-50 hours reviewing Maura’s file, they STILL cannot locate Officer Monaghan’s first police report. They also can’t locate the 100+ pages of Websleuths which, in 2005, they said were part of the file.

Here’s the document (I redacted my email address and phone number, and nothing else).
