The bad news is my motion for reconsideration was denied. The good news; the judge, in his discretion, considered all materials submitted. Including Erinn’s descriptions of the photos provided to her by an anonymous source. That means, for purposes of an appeal, all materials (including the descriptions of the photos) will be treated as evidence by the appellate court. The descriptions, in essence, will be treated as accurate and were not challenged.
